Supporting youth in the Tahoe Truckee community since 2018!
Title sponsored by Stone's Tire, over $15,000 was raised with all proceeds benefiting the Ian Casey Memorial Travel Scholarship at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, given to a Landscape Architecture student annually who has interest in travel. With our event proceeds and various donations, we were able to fund the scholarship 15 additional years!
Amy Quirarte, Realtor, Tahoe Luxury Properties title sponsored our most successful event yet! We had over 120 attendees at Northstar Golf Course in Truckee, CA for a fun day of golf! Raffle prizes, tee prizes, golf ball cannon and games rounded out the entertainment en route to over $20,000 raised for the ICF general fund.
Held at Truckee River Winery in Truckee, CA, hundreds of attendees braved the late fall cold and mixed snow to enjoy a raffle, silent auction, catered food, drinks and fun! A $5,000 charitable donation was announced, benefiting Project Bag at Tahoe Truckee Unified School District. Project Bag provides clothing, meals, and other essentials for local youth in need.
The Courage Project resonates closely with the mission of ICF, helping children in the local community. Their summer and winter mountain-inspired activity opportunities they provide children, especially those who experience anxiety and depression, are something we are proud to support. We couldn't be happier to donate $1,000 to their cause.
Our board of directors at ICF all attended Truckee High school and grew up in the TTUSD, playing school sports(some of us "played" more than others though)! We are grateful to those who invest their time in youth sports and provide the lessons they will take with them for the rest of their lives. Head Coach Casey Eberhardt and the Truckee boys soccer team are putting a $500 ICF donation to work towards equipment and travel expenses. Go Wolverines!
Ian Casey was a Truckee Local that had an incredible love for life and those around him. He gave tirelessly to friends and family. We started the Ian Casey Foundation to memorialize him forever in the Tahoe/Truckee community and make the biggest impact we can to youth based need.
What started off as a friendly golf get together quickly became much more, from 100 attendees at our first event to several hundred and growing. Our events have raised tens of thousands of dollars that have gone right back into the local community.
Local Youth!
We focus on youth in need all around the Tahoe Truckee area. Each year we are presented with new opportunities to give back to the community. From existing need based programs to scholarship funds and local athletics, our mission is to positively impact youth.
